About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Intern to join our team for a 3-6 month remote internship. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions and processes within a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support: Assist in writing job descriptions and creating job ads. Post ads on social media and job boards. Screen resumes and assist in initial recruitment stages.
  2. Client Acquisition: Research potential clients and help develop acquisition strategies.
  3. Organizational Branding: Manage the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).  Monitor and respond to social media inquiries.
  4. Job Advertisement Posters: Design attractive job posters using graphic design tools. Ensure posters are visually appealing and reflect the company’s brand.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in both HR and marketing.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
  • Reliable internet connection and a laptop.
